5.0/5.1: Installer does not find CD-ROM drive - even though it's booted off it

FWIW - I have a Samsung SM-348 48x CD/DVD combo unit that works just
fine under 5.1 (and 4.8):

acd0: CD-RW <SAMSUNG CDRW/DVD SM-348B> at ata0-master PIO4
