pcm(4) stopped working for <Intel ICH4 (82801DB)>

As Sebastian Ssmoller pointed out in [1], the pcm(4) driver doesn't work
on an ASUS M2400N notebook with a RELENG_5_2 system. I'm having the same
problem now, on the same model:

| pcm0: <Intel ICH4 (82801DB)> port 0xe100-0xe13f,0xe000-0xe0ff at device 31.5 on pci0
| pcm0: unable to map IO port space
| device_probe_and_attach: pcm0 attach returned 6

What wasn't said in that thread was that this did work in 5.1 (with ACPI
enabled), as you can see from the dmesg output available at [2]. The
complete dmesg output of the current system is attached to this mail. (I
don't know if it's of any relevance, but it might be worth mentioning
that IRQ 5 occurs frequently in it.)

Maybe this helps to find the cause of the problem.

Stefan
