ULE Interactivity perf patch

After applying the patch playing a shoutcast stream while heavy cpu utilization using mozilla and compiling the kernel doesn't cause the sound to skip anymore.  Haven't noticed any ill effects yet.  My system 867 MHz TM5800 Crusoe.
