once again 5.2 RC and watchdog timeout

Since nobody help me till now, I need to try it once again. The problem 
is still here and I can't get 5.2-rc work properly. I tried one more 
card but it did not help. Disabling acpi ends in a system freeze. boot 
-v says it tries to set hostname and I have to use the powerswitch to 
shut it down. Does anybody could tell me how to handle this, which 
information is needed?

vmstat -i doesn't show anything remarkable.

Hmm, sorry I don't know how to describe it in detail, boot -v is
attached. All I can say is that it does not work with 5.2RC, but works
with every previous release. Maybe you could give me some advice on how
to descibe it?
In detail what I did:

cvsup to RELENG_5_2
rebuild everything in the mentioned order, mergemaster etc.
tried GENERIC and custom kernel
switched slots (3,4,5, 4 should have it's own unshared irq)
switched cards Realtek -> Via Rhine (I know they aren't good cards but I
don't own any others which aren't in use)

I tried to disable acpi from boot prompt (does it work when acpi is
compiled into the kernel?)

Nothing worked.

Btw.: there were two more problems which aren't really urgend for me:
1. With scsi-adapter system won't boot (symbios logic chip)
2. Sometimes it seems shutdown was done before disks were unmounted
properly ( I think I saw somebody else who had this problem)
