kern/60050: Can I get someone's interest?

It appears to be some sort of irq routing issue, but I'd suggest also
posting this to -mobile.  They will probably want to see the available
configurations.  It might also be that this card isn't quite
sio-compatible, or sio is doing the wrong thing.
