panic: resource_list_alloc: resource entry is busy

I have been trying to install FreeBSD on my laptop for some time, usually
from JPSNAP Snapshots.

Until today I had been getting contigmalloc0: size must not be 0 panics, but
I haven't tried in a month or so.

Unfortunately I don't have any working FreeBSD machines to test any patches
but am willing to try about anything else.

(sorry, hand-typed so it is not all here)
