Status of wi(4)

This is very old firmware...

Disable the card failed.

Initialize the card.

Which is a little weird, because 0x0008 means 'async alloc/reclaim
completed'  Ah, the CMD bit (0x10) wasn't set quickly enough.  Hmmm,
maybe the delay tweaks I put in have broken this.
