ath0 card: CardBus card activiation failed

Hi,

with a kernel from this morning I can't get my ath0 Cardbus device up
again, when I plug it in, I get:

cbb1: CardBus card activation failed

The card has worked fine up until now.  Maybe some of the recent commits
to pccbb.c/pccard.c broke something?
