`make everything' traditionally runs in the cross environment,
if it has been made available by running cross-tools:
everything:

@echo "--------------------------------------------------------------"

@echo "--------------------------------------------------------------"
cd ${.CURDIR}; ${WMAKE} par-all
^^^^^
In fact, it's exactly what corresponds to the "all" stage of
buildworld.
