Heh, I've never seen such weird processes, but I think it's
legitimate situation (except they're unkillable, see below).
On UP there's no hang, but both loops will consume 0,0% CPU after
initial spike up until ~60% or so. The loops settle in ~5 seconds
and are unkillable, by means of root user and SIGKILL. One top run
and ps axl below, after several unsuccesful attempts to kill'em:
