pcm0: unable to initialize the card (YMF724)

I also get similar problem, here too.

I have tracked down that, problem started with rev 1.41 of
src/sys/i386/i386/busdma_machdep.c and still happens with rev 1.43.
If I go back to rev 1.40, the problem goes a way.
