Disk write command timeout

I get these periodically too with the following disk.

ad0: 117800MB <IC35L120AVV207-0> [239340/16/63] at ata2-master UDMA100

Also, my disk performance seems to generally suck. Soren, have you got a
benchmark I can run to see if things are OK?
