OpenGFS or other multisystem R/W filesystems

Has there been any work done porting this (or any other simular filesystem) to 
FreeBSD accomplished, I've  scanned the archives, and I see that in 2001 that 
there was work done to port Sistina's GFS code, but it looks like they have 
dropped support for it.
