chromium port improvements

Hi everyone,

I've backported some patches from OpenBSD to improve appearence and
font handling.
In the meantime, I disabled WebRTC support because it does not work
properly on BSD (needs more bits) and fewer modules are needed to build
chromium.

FreeBSD is not an officially supported platform. Since WebRTC is
following all the chromium developing procedure, so if chromium
development is not supported on FreeBSD, then WebRTC won't neither.

All opinions on this are welcome!

Kind regards,
