[Bug 193725] chromium-37 Latin accent keys are not working

I think you might have fix that yes... But I do not have a compose key, my
issue is that the keyboard it self (Portuguese -
http://www.goodtyping.com/teclatPORok.png) includes accents keys, tilt etc
and this don't work in chrome any more and so I can't also type à or ă..
