www/chromium: 19.0.1084.56 page doesn't change when tabs switch

Now I see the same in 20.0.1132.57.
It's most likely (always?) happens on flash page like youtube.
Right after it opens, often video doesn't play and chrome gets into this 
problematic unusable state when clicking on tabs doesn't switch them.
