FreeBSD Port www/chromium

Hi

Chromium for PC-BSD is not installing with the matching system locale.  
I was told in the forums for PC-BSD to contact the port maintainer about 
this issue; I'm the user "David30" in the PC-BSD forums.

I'm a newcomer to PC-BSD (and FreeBSD).  I don't know much about the 
technical stuff that goes on behind the scenes, but I'm happily beta 
testing PC-BSD 9.1. :)
