Help:why there is no distribution based on FreeBSD?

Because it's not necessary?

As others have said, Linux is a kernel.  To make it useful, people had
to package the rest of the system around it.  The result is a
"distribution" of the Linux kernel.

FreeBSD has always been a complete system, so it doesn't need this
kind of workaround.  As somebody said, that doesn't stop people from
trying.
