Curious...how often do *you* portupgrade(1) ?

Or if you have access to another machine with a fast connection and a
CD burner, you could use "-n" (don't do anything) to see what packages
would be upgraded, fetch those distfiles on the other machine, and
bring them to your dialup-connected machine on a CD.
