[OT] The questionnaire is working again

Hello,

I sent a mail to the list yesterday,  asking you to participate in
my survey. Unfortunately the server was just then being updated and not
working. If you tried accessing it during that time, you will have seen
an error message and not the questionnaire.

It is now back up again and it would be very nice, if you could have
another go at filling  it in. 

Thanks a lot to those of you who informed me about the problem.
