What are people using for MUA's nowadays?

Just to follow up on the whole MUA discussion, since I know everyone
has been waiting with bated breath... I tried several suggestions, and
finally settled on mutt and SpamAssassin. I'm not much of a GUI
person, anyway, and any chance to use regexes while handling mail...
