Closing this as I have no more that hardware.

For the record: as work-around against repeating panics, ZFS deadman feature
was disabled but that did not solved slow data access problem being fatal for
guest OSes inside bhyve virtual machines. So SSDs with bad TRIM performance
were replaced with NVMEs.
