Next issue: It seems that if the automount is loopback (instead of NFS,
achieved by using "-fstype=nullfs" in the automount map), unmounting always
first fails using the following lines but then succeeds anyway:

umount: unmount of /z/NCVS/cvs.local failed: Device busy
automount: "umount /z/NCVS/cvs.local", pid 65867, terminated with exit status 1
