On 13.0-BETA2, when using Root on ZFS with cuse.ko: Mounting from zfs:zroot
with error 6

This happens if cuse is loaded in /boot/loader.conf. It boots fine with cuse in
kld_list in /etc/rc.conf.

System is a HP Spectre x360 13-ap0053dx (2018, WhiskeyLake).
