When I use sftp to transfer a close to 30GB to freebsd, sftp, sshd and kernel
seem to occupy a very high CPU, and the transfer speed is slow. And the speed
is only about 50MByte/s.

At the same time, I transfer files to Linux under the same network environment,
and it has a speed of more than 100MByte/s. And the cpu usage is low.
