This is another 8th Gen processor. So we now have reports of 7th, 8th, and 10th
Gen Lenovo systems with this issue. Looks like something that Lenovo is doing
(BIOS) is triggering this as there are a LOT of 8th an 9th gen systems out
there and the only reports are on Lenovo systems. 

I really hate losing P-State power management, but it's a lot better than
having the system lock up.

I don't think disabling P-States is a complete fix. I have had ONE freeze that
appears the same (from what little I can tell) in the past 4 days on my 10th
Gen L15 system.
