Hello,

I publish an new version (2.0f) on GitHub.

I lower the timeout to 1 seconds for the setup commands (CMD8/CMD55/CMD1/...)
to reduce the nuisance at boot (+/- 15 second if dust cover inserted)

Can you then test some IO on a SD card.
