This symbol is present in the static library:
> $ nm /usr/lib/libcrypto.a | grep EVP_PKEY_meth_get_digestsign
> 0000000000000ec0 T EVP_PKEY_meth_get_digestsign

but it is missing in the shared library:
> $ elfdump -a /usr/lib/libcrypto.so | grep EVP_PKEY_meth_get_digestsign

This was discovered when the port security/pkcs11-tools failed to build without
explicitly making it to use the static library.
