One more thought. The problem could live outside of NFS or FUSE but in general
VM page code and is exposed only by those filesystems that run sendfile
synchronously (UFS doesn't). However, ZFS also runs sendfile synchronously, and
I'm pretty sure its use is way wider than NFS and FUSE combined, however we
don't have such reports for ZFS.
