You can make soft links for both libs from which You have installed ones in
base. If I remember it right:
ln -s /usr/lib/libssl.so.111 /usr/lib/libssl.so.8;
ln -s /lib/libcrypto.so.111 /lib/libcrypto.so.8;
In my case it worked fine. It makes the 'pkg update|upgrade' possible.

...and, yes, I use 13.0 now - no updates for packages too long.
