this patch recreates i386 atomic operations and fixes ccompile.h, also removes
register class from i386/include/stdarg.h

freebsd 13 does not build on i386 reports:

/usr/src/sys/cddl/contrib/opensolaris/common/atomic/i386/opensolaris_atomic.S
file missing when options zfs is defined in kernel config file

version is 13.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 13.0-CURRENT #23 r365552M: Thu Sep 10 02:46:48
