Unfortunately the added DELAY did not make any difference for me.  Regarding
the comment about a hardware issue, this is a dual-boot laptop and the card
reader works fine on Windows.  Anyway, I have found a workaround for my issue
and the rtsx driver works fine otherwise.  Thanks to all involved for your
efforts.
