Are people using -j here to build /usr/src/rescue, and if so, with which
setting?  I've run a plain 'make' on a VM with 4 cores at first, then 2 cores,
but the resulting /usr/obj/usr/src/rescue directories are bit-identical then.

Maybe I should retry with -j4 when I configure 4 cores, and -j2 when I
configure 2 cores?
