patches to upgrade postgresql-mysql_fdw from 2.5.1 to 2.5.3

Just for reference, here are the patches for upgrading
databases/postgresql-mysql_fdw from 2.5.1 to 2.5.3; they enable the port to be
used with Postgres 12 and also add a small patch for mapping more data types
from MySQL to Postgres.

When the rtld issue is resolved these patches should be applied in ports.
