hw.psm.elantech.min_pressure was never a feature of elantech driver. It worked
incidentally due to some codepaths shared with synaptics touchpad support.
Since switching to evdev by default in r360126 elan part of psm does not use
built-in gesture processor so hw.psm.elantech.min_pressure is not working
anymore.

Could you achieve your goals through other means e.g. with libinput's "Disable
While Typing" property?
