I add suspend/resume code.

It work for me (stable/12.1 RTL8411B) if no I/O are in progress.

If suspend appends during I/O the card disappears (no more /dev/mmcsd0)

kldunload rtsx && kldload rtsx reset the problem.

so more head scratching is required...
