Sorry for the delayed reply, but there is very little information here.  What
does "does not boot" mean?  Where it does it fail?  What kind of system is it? 
Have you tried 12.1?

I will close the bug for now, since it has been a year.  Please re-open with
answers to the above questions if you are willing to pursue this.
