Buildworld of Current on PowerPC64 fails, missing as.

While building:

===> lib/csu/powerpc64 (all)

Get the error:

touch crtsavres.s
as    -o crtsavres.o crtsavres.s
make[5]: exec(as) failed (No such file or directory)
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make[5]: stopped in /usr/src/lib/csu/powerpc64
*** Error code 1
