Not a serious problem but something I've noticed — for the same cable, an Intel
(ix) card correctly shows:

        media: Ethernet autoselect (10Gbase-Twinax
<full-duplex,rxpause,txpause>)

While mlx4en (ConnectX-2) shows:

        media: Ethernet autoselect (10Gbase-SR <full-duplex,rxpause,txpause>)
