To add to this, on OptiPlex 3010, bios A10 and now A22, same thing.
With UEFI enabled in bios, I get the boot block message.
However, with boot set in bios to Legacy, if I do an F12 during boot and select
the SSD as UEFI, it boots fine.  That's the only way it will boot, which
technically works but is unworkable in the event of system restarts, as it
requires manual intervention every time.
