It looks like a bug in Additional element status diagnostic page.  You may see
they use element indexes from 1 to 12, while with eiioe=0 it has to be 0 to 11.
 It would have sense if eiiie=1, but it is not.  I don't know what they were
thinking about.  I would recommend to ask HPE about the firmware update.  I
don't see error from our side here, the only thing we could do is a workaround,
that I hate to do.
