Thanks for the report.

If possible, can you first save a copy of the offending volumes
(/dev/label/home and corresponding gjournal), then try running 'gdb91 fsck_ufs
-d -p /dev/label/home'?  If the filesystem is now "clean" and the problem can't
be readily reproduced, I'm not sure how much we can do.
