In the installer, I tend to select the "Caps Lock is additional Control" layout
and move on, but last night I accidentlally selected the test option. Rather
than
having a screen to test, I got this error message:

    kbdcontrol: setting keymap: Inappropriate ioctl for device

I haven't tried other keymaps to see if it's unique to this one or not, but it
happened repeatedly with the one I selected.

This might matter and I'll see about testing other variations, but this occured
when running bsdinstall over ssh.
