Yes, iocage sets up bridge0 and epair0 as following.

 em0 ---- bridge0 ---- epair0a:epair0b
                              |
                        host  | vnet jail

Actually 'epair0a' is renamed to 'vnet0.1'.
bridge0 includes just two members.
