Well, wouldn't it be as simple as downloading latest CURRENT bootonly iso from
https://download.freebsd.org/ftp/snapshots/ISO-IMAGES/13.0/ and transplanting
/boot? If anyone still has a testing VM handy, maybe give it a try.
