drm-kmod in 12.0-Stable using amdgpu.ko fails

Close out my complaint here. Problem addressed:

*Bug 237271* <https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=237271>
- Radeon
video card no longer works on 12-STABLE (after r345105) / CURRENT (after
r345932)
