I tried to reproduce using the latest snapshot on ESXi 6.7, but so far I have
been unable to. I was able to repeatedly scp a 100 MiB file from the machine
under test without issue (~line rate at 1G each time).
You said all NIC offloads were enabled. lro isn't enabled by default, which
suggests there may be other NIC-related settings that are not at defaults. If
so, please share them.
