Testing with a build based on head -r339076 shows this still
happens. Both clang code generation and
devel/powerpc64-xtoolchain-gcc code generation have examples
of hitting the mishandling in libgcc_s.so and so
__Unwind_RaiseException looping on the same stack frame
over and over.
