If there is an easy way to create 10Gb images in addition to the 30Gb images
for the folks that want to use 10Gb images on the cloud, then that would be my
first choice.

Otherwise, I would be in favor of having you reduce the 30Gb image size to 27Gb
as that should still give us several years of growth. And hopefully by the time
growth is needed, the size of the "free" VMs will also have increased.
