Error from libssl.so in arm64 (raspberry)

Hello, I am testing the FreeBSD 12.0-BETA3, my hardware is a  raspberry pi
3 b+ and  raspberry pi 3 b, in both i receive error from "libssl.so.8" not
found. To many programs when i try install using pkg.
Now we are reinstalling (compiling with ports) many package (including pkg,
after remove). to solve.

Without compile is possible use the  pkg-static instead of pkg to install
the packages, with this step is possible install the wget, but when a try
use the wget i received the error: ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libssl.so.8"
not found, required by "wget".
